Agreement of Service
Entering into a service agreement with Boppo Technologies constitutes a legal commitment to adhere to the framework outlined herein. These terms govern the end-to-end lifecycle of product development and service delivery.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Full intellectual property rights and product ownership are transferred to the client exclusively upon receipt of final settlement. Until such milestone is achieved, architectural ownership remains with Boppo Technologies.
Review & Approval Lifecycle
We implement a rigorous 15-day feedback window following the delivery of any major milestone. Failure to provide specific technical feedback within this period constitutes architectural approval, and subsequent modifications may be subject to additional engineering cycles.
Confidentiality Protocols
Zero-leakage of proprietary data is a core operational requirement. We maintain strict non-disclosure protocols and expect reciprocal integrity regarding project architecture and strategic project details.
Liability Boundaries
Our responsibility is defined by the specific service level agreements and warranties established at project kickoff. Post-delivery modifications outside the agreed scope are governed by separate maintenance frameworks.
